What lease terms are offered?
REAM typically offers 1 year and 2 year lease terms. Our standard lease term is 1 year.
Do you offer short term lease options?
REAM does not offer a short term lease period as a standard, however, we do consider short term lease options.
Is there a rental application fee?
REAM does not charge a Rental Application fee.
What are the requirements to rent a home?
REAM requires a rental application from anyone interested in one of our rental homes.
When can I view your available property?
Prior to showing the home to any interested applicant, REAM requires that a rental application be submitted for Pre-Qualification. Once we have reviewed the application, we will be in touch to schedule an appointment to show you the home once the home is available and open for showings.
What is the standard security deposit?
The standard security deposit for our rental homes is one month’s rent.
